I have a lot of things that need to be done this week. Moving a client to a new server, website concepts that need to be completed and delivered, photos needed to be taken for a website, parent teacher conferences, and I’ve donated my time to the Spirit of Recovery which has a big fundraiser dinner that I’m delivering a message to over a 100 people tonight. So where am I going with this, well, I have my son home sick today. I also have his parent teacher conference this afternoon. Sick kid… lots of things to get done… Not gonna happen the way I needed to be; In my mind at least.
So, with all of this running around in my head, I muttered to myself, “What a day.” My sons response, who was being optimistic, reminded me by saying, “Ya and it’s not even over yet.”
That was a laugh that gives me the optimism to carry on. Ya, it’s not even over yet!” Today will be a good day. Time: 9:22 am. Let’s go…
